Our Founder
Héctor L. Concepción is a seasoned financial consultant, entrepreneur, and community leader with more than three decades of experience in business development, public service, and organizational leadership across the United States and Puerto Rico. As President & CEO of USA Caribbean Consulting Group LLC, he guides the firm’s integrated practices—R&D Tax Credit Consulting, Corporate Healthcare Savings Consulting (through Century Health in Puerto Rico), and Construction Consulting & Project Development—with a singular focus: measurable savings, compliant execution, and sustainable growth for clients operating in U.S. and Caribbean markets.
Héctor’s approach blends strategic finance, operational discipline, and stakeholder alignment. Earlier in his career he served as a financial consultant at Harris Bank in Chicago (2011–2016), advising clients on planning and investment strategies tailored to real-world goals. His entrepreneurial work spans multiple ventures—connecting opportunities between Puerto Rico, the mainland U.S., and Caribbean communities—while creating jobs and strengthening diaspora ties.
His commitment to public service and community impact is longstanding. As a Community Service Officer in Waukegan, Illinois (1995–1998), he implemented preventative initiatives credited with a significant reduction in local crime. He has also held leadership and advocacy roles in Puerto Rican civic and business organizations, including the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Illinois, the National Puerto Rican Forum, and as U.S. President of Unión Estadista, championing economic empowerment and equal representation.
